Founded by a nutritionist with a background in microbiology and a brewer with expertise in fermentation, the brand brings together science and craft to create foods that truly nourish. Our journey began with a simple idea: to make everyday eating healthier, cleaner, and kinder to the planet. We started small, experimenting with kombucha and kimchi in our kitchen, guided by traditional methods and scientific precision. What grew from there is a range of gut-friendly, preservative-free products—date-sweetened jams, artisanal nut butters, probiotic ferments, and teas—that celebrate local produce and mindful living. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from sourcing fresh ingredients from local farmers to using glass jars, paper packaging, and composting practices.
