Aurahi

Aurahi was created with a simple intention: to reintroduce natural fibres that are stronger, healthier and more responsible than the regular cotton and polyester-based options people are used to. We realised that fabrics like hemp, once widely used in India for their strength and resilience, had been forgotten over time, along with the knowledge of their many benefits. By blending hemp with cotton and linen, we are bringing forward textiles that feel familiar yet perform much better. These blends are stronger than basic cotton, last longer, soften beautifully with use and require very little water and almost no chemicals to grow. Our purpose is to offer people a better choice, fabrics that are durable, breathable and kinder to the planet, paired with modern, thoughtfully designed home linen. Through Aurahi, we hope to encourage a shift away from polyester and low-quality cotton towards more conscious, long-lasting and naturally crafted bedding and home essentials.

Aurahi supports sustainable living by reducing water use through digital printing, avoiding harmful chemicals, and choosing GOTS-certified natural fibre blends. We also create plastic-free packaging and responsibly sourced materials that minimise environmental impact.
