About Bugyaal

Bugyaal - Brown Living™

At Bugyaal, our mission is to revive and share the forgotten foods of the Himalayas, bringing their nutritional value to light for the world to see. This journey of rediscovery is what we call a “homecoming of forgotten foods.” Our products are made with the utmost care, using clean, natural ingredients that stay true to their traditional origins.

Brand Story

Bugyaal is focused on bringing to you nutrient-rich, indigenous foods crafted in small batches. We celebrate local ingredients sourced sustainably, staying true to their traditional origins. Each product reflects the purity of the Himalayas, combining authentic flavours with modern nutrition. We work with local farmers, source herbs and spices such as turmeric, ginger, pepper, garlic etc from them at a fair price, we then process these ingredients in our work shop led by women from the village. These women hand-process the ingredients and create products like artisanal turmeric latte, the bye bloat tea, the Himalayan gooseberry seasoning etc. We realised that our customers keep coming back to us with requests for gifting solutions. We then created gift boxes to help our customers as a solution for corporate gifting, wedding and festive gifting etc.
