What is the manufacturing process?

Sustainable packaging is crafted from eco-friendly materials like kraft and cornstarch, designed to reduce plastic waste. These materials are processed into durable, customizable solutions that meet diverse business needs while ensuring minimal environmental impact.

What are the ingredients/materials you use?

Compostable mailers are made from natural materials such as cornstarch, PLA, or PBAT. They look and feel like plastic but are designed to completely break down into non-toxic components when disposed of in composting conditions. Unlike traditional plastic, they don’t leave behind harmful residues, making them a safe and eco-friendly alternative for shipping products. Compostable mailers are strong, waterproof, and tamper-proof, making them ideal for e-commerce businesses looking for sustainable packaging that also protects their shipments. Kraft mailers, on the other hand, are made from high-strength kraft paper derived from wood pulp. They are recyclable, biodegradable, and known for their durability. Kraft mailers are versatile, lightweight, and customizable, making them a cost-effective and eco-conscious solution for brands that want to reduce their environmental footprint while maintaining reliable packaging.

How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

We source all our raw materials from within India. This helps us maintain quality while supporting local suppliers and communities. By sourcing locally, we reduce transportation needs and lower our carbon footprint. Every package we create is proudly made in India and built with sustainability in mind.

During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?

Our compostable mailers are designed to be reused before disposal. They are strong, durable, and can easily be repurposed for everyday use. Once they have served their purpose, they naturally break down without harming the environment. This ensures the mailers return safely to the earth, leaving no harmful residue behind.
