Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month of receipt.

This grievance process does not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or other authorised dispute-resolution body.

Brown Living provides a platform through which participating brands and sellers offer products and services. The seller identified for the relevant purchase is responsible for its obligations under applicable law and the terms disclosed for that purchase.

Brown Living remains responsible for its own obligations as the platform operator. Nothing in this notice excludes or transfers responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred.
