The puzzles are positively additive - energy boosting when one is tired and relaxing wen one is stressed. They are of sturdy build - the rope and ring one is an exception though. The vertical piece was almost coming off. While most of them can be figured out, the rope and ring one may need a bit of explanation as to what is to be done with it. Overall, very good products.
I like the curation of products but I got a few products delivered which were wrong/ different and there’s no option to return them. It would also be nice if all the products in one order could come delivered in one package instead of multiple packages.

Loved using this paper. Good and durable like normal copier paper used in office. Not faced any issues with ink retention or smudging. Also gives a beautiful, earthy look.

By mistake we've ordered twice the same item. We wrote on WhatsApp contact:nothing. On email support: nothing. We received twice the same item and now we have to return it, shipping expences lost and as we are living in a remote area we have to go to town just for that.

I ordered this pen stand and they delivered a pen stand but the design and pattern are completely different from the picture. I don’t like the design they delivered and I’m not able to return it either. The quality is good though but I’m not happy with it.
I ordered the 500 ml steel bottle. It was rusted from inside. They promised the replacement once collected back. It's been more than 4 weeks since the defective piece was collected.There is no replacement done yet. No reply to any of the reminder mails.

Your delivery agent did not phone me to tell me he was coming with the package. If I knew I would have told him to leave it with my neighbor. I just cannot sit at home and wait for the delivery. I have a lot of errands to run. They have marked it for return on July 3. I asked your team so many times to speak to your delivery agents to deliver it urgently but they just say ‘We will speak to the Team’. Come on! I definitely will not be ordering anything else from you when you treat a good customer in this way!

Nicely built. I wish the compartments are slightly deeper or big enough to store right amounts of spice.
Poor after sales support. No response or acknowledgement when customer tries to reach out. Not worth the time and money.
The support forum needs improvement. I haven't got any response from them in my case. Had to find some support through instagram and twitter and that too a number was given. Totally not worth the time and money.
Don’t ever buy this. I’ve used it twice on my hair—it produces lather, but my hair still looks oily and feels very dry. Worst product ever.
