Festive orders need kindness and presence. You all went missing for more than a week during Diwali. I received my Diwali order post the holidays. If you take such a big order, you need to ensure you are delivering. You are responsible for someone’s festive handouts. No apology call even just some poor update on email. Very disappointed.
