The order is delivered in pieces, one after the other, it is cancelled at their will and you will never be informed, till one day you realise out of 5 pieces in the order one was not. Worst experience. should have been a negative rating, never recommending and never returning to this scamster business
Top notch quality. Waist fit was tight so have to get it altered. There is enough extra fabric for alteration so no problem.
Only thing is the top has white stitching in the photo, but the one delivered to me has Multi colour. It is still tastefully done so no problem
This item has not been delivered and everytime it’s been shown as on the way . It’s been more than 20 days . I don’t want that product . Please cancel it and refund the money .
A very beautiful and light weight towel. The colours of it are so vivid. Loved the purchase and also appreciate the way it was packaged!
Gentle yet effective. The fragrance is good and lasts for a good amount of time.
Do not order multiple products in 1 order, they will fail to deliver all of them .Product is good but delivery mechanism is pathetic
Sustainability does not just come from the product being sustainable, it also means sustainable practices. We ordered a total of 5 products to be delivered to 2 places and expected 2 deliveries straight. What we get is 5 deliveries. Imagine the amount of packaging and not to forget spend on 5 couriers. Might as well be mindful and pass on the benefit of mindful delivery practices to the customer. Nevertheless the products were great and would not mind ordering products again from them except for the sustainable practice of multiple packages for delivery.

Took some 15 days to send the order as they missed sending it.
I had ordered for the tooth powder tablets but got tooth powder instead
2 Rakhis reached without clips and 1 without keychain. Both were mentioned in the product description. Reaching out to customer support is almost impossible. Mails remain unanswered. Loved ordering from Brown Living as a sustainability enthusiast but I doubt their credibility now.
Not yet collect the return the parcel
Wont be ordering again as the delivery fee costed as much as the products. Bye, Brown Living! Maybe learn something from websites like Nykaa.
Excellent product, comfortable and elegant, very handy too.
Only one the product ordered was shipped and there was no update on the other one for more than a week. I had to mail a couple of times to get their response and then they said that the product can’t be delivered. There is no proactiveness.
Then they said that the refund will be initiated soon. But again for the refund I had to mail back and forth. Very poor customer service
