What is the manufacturing process?

At Vasudhaa Vastrram, every garment begins with natural fabrics woven in-house at our own facility. Once woven, the fabric is sent to Kutch, where skilled artisans apply organic dyes and traditional block printing techniques. The finished fabrics then return to our Surat unit, where they are carefully stitched, finished, and checked according to our original design blueprints — ensuring craftsmanship and consistency at every step.

What are the ingredients/materials you use?

Men's and Women's garments made from Bamboo, Cotton, Linen, Hemp, Tencel, Lenzing or any other sustainable yarn with organic dyed or hand block prints and natural buttons, tags, labels.

How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

Fabric is purchased by our sister consultant company, Tailor & Tailor Fab. Organic dyes and prints are done by our artisans from Kutch on job work. Accessories like natural buttons, tags, and labels are purchased from an authorized supplier

During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?

Yes, Vasudhaa Vastrram’s products, including packaging, are designed with end-of-life sustainability in mind, meaning they can be repurposed, upcycled, or composted under the right conditions.
