About Miho

Miho - Brown Living™

Miho revives the ancient science of Ayurvastra, clothing dyed with healing Ayurvedic herbs, to create garments that care for the body and the planet. Founded by Parushi Garg, a NIFT graduate, Miho blends traditional herbal dyeing with modern, conscious design. Using natural fibres like cotton, wool, and bamboo, each piece is infused with herbs such as neem, manjistha, vetiver, and turmeric to soothe the skin, support wellness, and offer gentle, chemical-free comfort for kidswear. Our fabrics are sourced responsibly, dyed using biodegradable herbal decoctions, and crafted through a slow, circular process that returns dye waste to the soil. Miho also empowers women artisans and preserves heritage craft through training and community programs. At Miho, clothing becomes more than fabric; it becomes therapy, comfort, and a return to mindful living.

Mission Statement

Creating healing, sustainable, herb-infused textiles that nurture skin, empowers, and honour nature

Impact Created

We have raised meaningful global awareness about Ayurvastra and actively contributed to the revival of this endangered craft through authentic herbal dyeing practices and community partnerships. By showcasing the therapeutic and sustainable value of Ayurvedic textiles, we have introduced this ancient science to international audiences. Companies and individuals across Europe are increasingly recognising and engaging with the brand, reflecting a growing global interest in healing, heritage-driven, and eco-conscious fabrics.
