About Miho

Miho revives the ancient science of Ayurvastra, clothing dyed with healing Ayurvedic herbs, to create garments that care for the body and the planet. Founded by Parushi Garg, a NIFT graduate, Miho blends traditional herbal dyeing with modern, conscious design. Using natural fibres like cotton, wool, and bamboo, each piece is infused with herbs such as neem, manjistha, vetiver, and turmeric to soothe the skin, support wellness, and offer gentle, chemical-free comfort for kidswear. Our fabrics are sourced responsibly, dyed using biodegradable herbal decoctions, and crafted through a slow, circular process that returns dye waste to the soil. Miho also empowers women artisans and preserves heritage craft through training and community programs. At Miho, clothing becomes more than fabric; it becomes therapy, comfort, and a return to mindful living.
