About Grama
Grama is a brand owned by EarthCare, a locally-run enterprise that works to support the village community through initiatives in crafts, natural products, small businesses, and responsible tourism. We work with different Co-ops, Organizations, Individuals, and Women Self-Help Groups to create sustainable products and communities. Giving life to a fifty-year-old weavers' co-op for producing quality 100% Cotton handloom towels, Supporting a Women SHG with a contract for the manufacture of Herbal Handcrafted soaps, supporting local artisans by marketing their products and creating our own environmentally friendly products are all part of our activities.

GRAMA is a project initiated by EarthCare , to support the village community through initiatives in crafts, nature products & responsible businesses. We believe in Produce and sell earth friendly products to create a better living, empowering women and small businesses for creating sustainable livelihoods, community give-backs to reduce inequalities and promote economic growth of villages by promoting village crafted products, and providing safe working conditions, pay fair wages, and creating awareness of a better lifestyle. We work with different Co-ops/ Organizations/ Individuals/ Women SHGs to create sustainable products and communities. We have created an impact in our village, by providing free educational tools for the past five years. We make this happen out of the profits earned from selling Grama products. Also, the lives of many artisans have been impacted. We have given life to Co-ops which were on the verge of closure.
