What is the manufacturing process?

Our honey is made using traditional beekeeping with no chemicals or machinery; we harvest raw honey from our own hive and strain out only beeswax, with no heating or processing.

What are the ingredients/materials you use?

We use 100% raw, natural honey from multiple floral sources on our farm, with no additives, sugar, or preservatives.

How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

The honey is sourced directly from our beehive at our farm in Uttar Pradesh, where we practise ethical, chemical-free beekeeping for purity and flavour.

During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?

Yes. The glass jars can be reused or recycled at home, and labels/packaging are minimal, while the honey itself is fully natural with no waste-creating additives.

Founded by Saiher Malhotra

With a degree in Political Science and background in many, many things (PR, filmmaking & event planning to name a few), Saiher switched over to healthy living and clean eating after dealing with a  few health related issues. It was then that she started going into the depths of what she was consuming, where it was coming from and how ethically it was being sourced. Giving up on certain food groups all together led her to discover many new ingredients & experiment a lot in her home kitchen (not always a success!). This is when FitZola was created, a small business with a big heart committed solely to giving people the good & real stuff, at fair prices. 

Each jar of honey bottled at FitZola HQ is looked into personally by Saiher thereby ensuring there is never any compromise on quality of the product.
