What is the manufacturing process?

We cut the wood log or ply through CNC routers and laser machines and then buff/sand the material to ensure smooth finish, post which the parts are colored with safe water based paints and then assembled and packed

What are the ingredients/materials you use?

All different kinds of wood basis the design and safe, water based paints These are checked for safety and durability before using them for our production process. Even the paints are alcohol free and primer free

How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

They are sourced through timber markets across Mumbai and paint manufacturers who provide the safety certificate of the pigments Some materials are locally available like neem wood, mango wood etc but others have to be sourced from international markets by wood suppliers.

During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?

Yes, they could be. Most importantly these toys can be passed to the next child prolonging the longevity of the toy without causing any harm to the environment They do not cause any harm to the planet even when repurposed
