The wood undergoes precise cutting with CNC machines for uniform dimensions, followed by sanding rough edges with various techniques, rounding sharp edges via router machines, and final hand-sanding for ultimate smoothness.

We use 100% pure neem wood as the primary material, known for its natural antibacterial properties. Our toys are chemical-free, paint-free, plastic-free, and finished using child-safe, eco-friendly processes only.
