Sell at The SOS Flea (Hosted by Brown Living) in Mumbai | 6-8 March 2026

Brown Living is back with another edition of our Sustainability Bazaar at The Vintage Garden, Bandra West. This time, we’re bringing you The SOS Flea, an in-person showcase of design-forward, artisan-made, planet-positive brands, curated and hosted by Brown Living exclusively for its registered sellers.

If you’re a brand that wants to do more than “set up a table”, and actually meet conscious shoppers, tell your story, build repeat customers, and sell, this is your room.

Spots are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Details

• Dates: 6–8 March 2026
• Venue: The Vintage Garden, Bandra West, Mumbai
• Timings:
  • 6 March: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • 7 & 8 March: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Expected Footfall: ~400+ high-quality curated visitors/day
• Total Stalls: 35 spots
• Space Per Stall: approx. 6 ft x 4 ft (open bungalow backyard layout)

Pricing & Commercials

• Stall pricing is for all 3 days and includes GST (varies by stall selection as listed on the booking page).
• Central billing will be managed by Brown Living for smooth customer experience.
• Brown Living’s standard marketplace margin will apply on sales (same as online transaction model).

Key Timelines (Non-Negotiable)

• Applications close: 26-Feb-26 (rates may change post this date)
• Confirmation by: 28-Feb-26
• Product listing deadline: 28-Feb-26. All SKUs you plan to sell must be listed on the Brown Living Grow Seller OS due to central billing.

Setup & On-Ground Logistics

• Setup begins: 6 March, 8:00 AM onwards
• What you get: 1 table + chairs
  (Venue already has lights + music.)
• Optional display units: Clothing racks / additional units may be arranged via the venue. Email: popups@brownliving.in with your request.

Brand-borne costs: travel, lodging, boarding, shipping, and stock movement.

Audience Fit (Who You’ll Meet)

Expect a high-intent crowd from the Brown Living ecosystem:

• Age group: primarily 25–45 (overall 21–48)
• Includes eco-conscious shoppers, climate community members, design lovers, celebrity stylists, and sustainability-first buyers
• Visitors come specifically looking for unique, sustainable, design-led products (not generic flea browsing)

Brand Guidelines

• Plastic-free + waste-free norms apply across stalls.
• All décor must stay within your allotted space.
• Stock storage: store securely within your stall. Security is present, but stock remains at brand’s risk.

Marketing Support Included

Social media mentions featuring your brand:

• We will need content at least 7 days before the event to make pre-buzz announcements
• We will be posting and tagging your brands through stories and posts made actively during the event

Billing Process (Central Counter)

• Brown Living will handle customer billing and payments centrally.
• You’ll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group for coordination with our listing + on-ground team.
• A mandatory briefing will be done on 6 March 2026 before gates open.

• Prepaid only. No COD.
• No refunds. Stall once booked is confirmed and cannot be refunded.
