Ways to Use

• AROMATHERAPY: Add 2-8 drops into a diffuser to cleanse air, repel bugs and uplift mood.
• SKINCARE: Apply diluted* to stimulate cell renewal; ease wrinkles and regulate oil secretion; clearing acne/blemishes.
• HAIRCARE: Massage into scalp to improve circulation; reducing dandruff and promoting hair growth.
• MENTAL HEALTH: Apply diluted* on pulse points to invigorate mind, increase focus and improve memory.
• PHYSICAL HEALTH: Massage diluted* to relieve muscle aches and pains. Inhale in a facial steam to ease blocked nose. * Mix 2 drops with ½ tsp of any pure carrier oils.

Dilution

• Add 5-7 drops of essential oil per 30ml of carrier oil or suitable cream. 
• For the kids, dilute it further e.g. add 2 drops of essential oil per 30ml of carrier oil

Caution:

• Do not use oils internally.
• A patch test is required to check for skin irritation and sensitivity before using each essential oil.
• Essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy or by those with asthma, epilepsy, or other health conditions.
• Do not apply to infants, toddlers, and babies. Safe for kids above 5 years. Needs to be diluted further. E.g. 1 drop in 2 tablespoons of carrier oil.
• Discontinue use if redness, burning, irritation, or itching occur.
• Always dilute essential oils with suitable carrier oil prior use. 
• Follow warnings, precautions, and seek medical attention for any problems.
