Oolong Tea - Weigh to Go

The origins of oolong tea date back almost 400 years. The health benefits of Oolong Tea are doubled due to the combined qualities of black tea and green tea. It is a refreshing, tasty beverage with light toasted tasting notes. Best consumed in the morning with breakfast or with your evening snack. It is a very effective tea for controlling the metabolism of fat in the body. 

Ingredients: Oolong Tea

How to Brew: Boil the water. Switch off the flame to enable the temperature of the water to come down from the boiling point to about 80-85 degrees celsius. Take a teaspoon of the tea leaves in a cup. Pour the hot water on the tea leaves. Let it brew for 3 minutes. Strain it.  The tea leaves can be rebrewed to make another cup of tea. Allow additional 30 seconds of brewing for every reuse.
