Ingredients: Black Tea, Fruits, Berries, Lemon, Lime, Hibiscus, Apple

Directions for Use:

(1) Take a tablespoon of tisane, 2x incase of a kettle

(2) Boil 2 Cups of water and pour over the tisane

(3) Let it brew for 4-5 minutes
