Apple Cinnamon Sangria Tea - 25g

An invigorating blend of green tea with the goodness of apple and flavourful cinnamon. For all the weight-conscious, this tea brings the benefit of weight loss and cholesterol control abilities with spicy and mild fruity tasting notes. Enjoy it as a hot cup of tea and can also be used to make delicious mocktails or cocktails.  Cinnamon has been found to regulate blood sugar and apple provides dietary fiber and prevents constipation. 

Ingredients: Green Tea, Apple, Cinnamon 

How to Brew: Boil the water and switch off the flame.  Let the water cool for a couple of minutes to bring down the temperature from 100 degrees celsius to about 80-85.  Take a teaspoon of the tea leaves in a cup. Pour the hot water into these leaves. Let it brew for 2 minutes. Strain It. The leaves can be rebrewed to make another cup of tea. In effect, each teaspoon gives up to 2 servings. Allow 30 seconds of additional brewing for each reuse.
