Directions for Use:

(1) Take tablespoon of tisane, 2x incase of kettle

(2) Boil 2 Cups of water and pour over the tisane

(3) Let it brew for 4-5 minutes

(5) Cool for 2-3 hours with honey & cinnamon for a chilled infusion
