RETURN POLICY Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. In case you wish to know our replacement and refund policy, please email us at inquiry@thebarebar.in Please notify us by email if your product is damaged or leaks during transit, within 24 hours of receiving it. We will assist you in getting a replacement or refund for them, and if necessary, the reverse would be arranged from our end, once the product reaches our warehouse, and necessary action for the same would be done within three working days. Returns are permitted within three days of delivery, as long as the item is not unsealed and not damaged. We will arrange for reverse pickup and, after making sure it does not have any damage or faults, we will proceed with the refund (after deducting Rs100 for reverse pickup charges.) Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy. No exchange or return of product due to allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color (some raw materials used to make products may have changed due to seasonal harvest, which might impact slight variation in colour and smell). Due to the nature of Personal Care Products, we do not accept returns once USED. Whenever you introduce a new product into your routine, you must do a PATCH TEST.
