This mat is handwoven and a beautiful mat. It is eco-friendly, absorbent, and washable. Cotton is a natural fibre and free of chemicals. It cools you down in hot weather. It is also hypoallergenic and does not irritate your skin. This mat is 8mm thick therefore it gives extra cushioning to your knees during training. This mat is longer and wider than your average yoga mat and comes with a rubberised back to give more grip to your practice.
