Hand Painted Wall Clock - Metallic

24 days since I ordered and still not received yet. Poorest customer support. No response from the staff. No basic courtesy of communicating about the delay. No call pick ups.

One of them said, this product is made in Tamil Nadu and shipped from there.

Luckily my girlfriend, to whom I intended to gift this, stays close to their office. She went there and asked them to process my refund.

Waiting for it.

Magnet size is too small. It is not able to hold the magnet onto the fridge because the piece is heavy.

I was excited to receive it. One issue was the seconds hand came off when I took it out of the packaging. It is a bit fragile. Maybe a slightly bigger box would help.
I did reach out to the maker of this product and she offered to fix it but I actually am ok with the clock without the seconds hand and Im quite happy with this purchase. It looks lovely against my light lavender wall.
