Extracted from the Tamil Nadu’s World Famous Coconut’s Milk by Natural Fermentation, wet milled coconut oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat milk (without chemical processes) as opposed to the copra typically used in coconut oils available in the market. These fresh and nutrient rich coconuts are deshelled followed by paring and dewatering and then passed through a cutter and hydraulic press to extract fresh coconut milk. The coconut milk is naturally fermented for about 2 weeks where the cream, oil and water separates in three layers. The result is the purest, most potent form of coconut oil, also called EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL.
