At Dwij, we rescue jeans that would otherwise end up in landfills to make utility bags. In present times, due to fast fashion, the majority of textiles are incinerated or dumped into landfills. "Dwij" which means "second life" in Sanskrit was founded to address these humungous wastes.
"Dwij" upcycles post-consumer jeans and post-industrial garments waste into accessories like totes, slings, backpacks, pouches, etc. “Dwij” has an in-house manufacturing setup and a network of women working from home who need an additional income to support their families.
