- For warm therapy - Microwave the Viśrantī eye pillow for 10-15 seconds. Compressed warmth for the eyes has been proven to relieve discomfort, open up sinuses and promote deep sleep.
- For cold therapy - Place the Viśrantī eye pillow in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to create a cooling and soothing sensation on the eyes which helps in constricting blood vessels and reducing inflammation. Cool compress reduces screen fatigue & puffiness around the eyes too.

Care Instructions:
- The outer cover is removable and can be gently hand washed in room temperature water. Warning: Due to the nature of the blue colour (indigo) dye, there may be a possibility of a slight colour bleeding during the first wash.
- Always store the eye pillow in its pouch in a cool, dry place.
- While heating or cooling the Viśrantī eye pillow, make sure the water or heat does not get into the inner layer of the pillow.
- Do not heat/cool the silica gel or pouch. Always keep the silica gel sachet in the outer pouch, especially in humid climates.
- Do not microwave the eye pillow for more than 10-15 seconds. Do not refrigerate the eye pillow for more than 15 minutes.
- The scent of the pillow will last upto 8 to 10 months, however, one can continue to use the eye pillow even post this time period
