The mysterious Lakhori Chilli more popularly known as peeli mirch will first tantalize and then fire up your taste buds like nothing else.
This yellow mirch comes from a small village nestled in the hills of Uttarakhand and is grown organically by our farm partner Kamal. With a distinctive flavor profile, they're smokey, fiery and at 50,000-55,000 Scoville Heat Units, these chilis pack a punch. Its gorgeous yellow color is perfect when you want a hit of spice minus the usual red color.

How do I use it?
