Firstly, the loofah is really, really rough. It scratches the skin and left tiny, red scratch marks on my body. I know you might say that the loofah is natural and can be rough but I think there are other natural products that make the loofah more comfortable to use.
Secondly, the fragrance is negligible. The box has a very mild mint fragrance to it but the soap, as such, has nothing.
Thirdly, I found the size of the bar too small for the price. Of course, since all your materials are natural, the prices are expected to be higher than commercial soaps, but I still was disappointed with the size when it arrived. And after using the soap, I felt Rs 200 was not at all worth it.
