Ingredients: Lakadong Haldi, Rose, Ginger, Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom

How to brew: Boil the water or milk and switch off the flame. Take a teaspoon of the latte in a cup. Pour the hot water or milk on the latte. Let it brew for 2-3 minutes. Whisk it properly till it mixes well homogeneously.

Lakadong Haldi (Turmeric) is a variety of turmeric grown in the North-Eastern state of Meghalaya. This turmeric is found to have the highest percentage of curcumin. The impressive anti-inflammatory and healing health benefits of turmeric are due to the presence of a naturally occurring chemical compound found in turmeric called curcumin. Therefore, Lakadong Haldi offers better health benefits as compared to regular turmeric.
