Lavender Oil is obtained from the distillation of the lavender flower spikes, which is a native to northern Africa and Mediterranean.

Application:

• Skin: Add a few drops to any carrier oil and apply to the skin to give it a general uplifting boost.
• Body: Add a few drops to bathing water to relive and calm the nerves.
• Home: Add 5 drops to water in a diffuser to heal the body, mind as well as spirit.
