Masala Chai

Black Tea with aromatic Indian spices gives you the globally famous Indian Chai!!!! Originating in the Indian subcontinent, it has gained worldwide popularity. Orthodox black tea combined with aromatic herbs and spices like cardamom, clove, cinnamon, bay leaf and ginger is the tea for all seasons. It helps prevent indigestion, abdominal cramping, alleviates high blood pressure, prevents morning sickness and relaxes the stomach.

Ingredients: CTC Tea, Orthodox Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger Root, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Green Cardamom

How to Brew: Boil the water. Switch off the flame. Take a teaspoon of the tea leaves in a cup. Pour the hot water on the tea leaves. Let it brew for 2 minutes. Strain it.  The tea leaves can be rebrewed to make another cup of tea. Allow additional 30 seconds of brewing for every reuse. Add milk and/or jaggery can also be added.
