Quality not consistent

I’ve ordered these bamboo brushes before and using the same brand from past 7 months. They were really good. This time what I ordered, the bristles are coming off and are not of great quality.

I’ve ordered these bamboo brushes before and using the same brand from past 7 months. They were really good. This time what I ordered, the bristles are coming off and are not of great quality.

Great brushes, but plastic bristles are not neem wood.

Expected that the bristles would not be plastic, as the advertisement stated that the brushes were "100 % neem wood". This was slightly disappointing, but the brushes are otherwise excellent, and thoughtfully designed.

Thank you for your review. As mentioned in the product description, this brush has BPA-Free Bamboo Bristles and are 100% Vegan. The Bamboo Toothbrushes are made up of 100% biodegradable bamboo.
