Brown Living is hosting another edition of a sustainability bazaar at The Vintage Garden, Bandra West in Mumbai. This year, we are bring together This year, we’re showcasing the best in sustainable, artisan-made brands IP of The SOS Flea, curated by Brown Living.
Get a chance to showcase your products and values, engage in real conversations with an audience, and even sell your merchandise through this flea market.
- When: 14th-16th February 2025.
- Where: The Vintage Garden, Bandra West, Mumbai.
- What Time: 14th Feb: 4 PM to 8 PM; 15th &16th Feb: 11 AM to 8 PM.
- Expected Footfall: We are expecting approximately 400+ people per day.
- Space per stall: It's a very open space (a bungalow backyard), typically you will get 6x3 ft of space.
- Total Stalls Available: A total of 35 spots.
- What will it cost me: For Brand Stalls, Rs. 7,500 incl. tax per spot + Brown Living's standard margin will be charged per order (same as the online transaction model).
- Other Details:
- The stall prices mentioned here are for 3 days and include GST.
- Stalls will be given on first-come-first-serve basis and will be subject to availability.
- All billing and payments will be managed by Brown Living through a Central billing system.
- All travel, lodging, boarding and shipping expenses are to be borne by the brand.

Due to the central billing system, for smooth operations, please ensure all products that you would like to sell are listed on the seller portal provided by Brown Living by 7-Feb-25.
- About the Audience: A woke age group of 21-48 years including celebrity stylists, passionate climate activists, eco-enthusiasts and eco-conscious shoppers. The primary audience would be 25-45 years of age. The key thing to note here is that the audience here is very interested in unique, sustainable, and design-focussed products, and hence they will be dropping by The Vintage Garden.

What is provided in the stall: One Table and chairs. Lights and music
are already at the venue. Display units such as clothing racks etc can be made available by the venue, please reach out to us at popups@brownliving.in if you need it or have a special request. -
Decor Guidelines: All decor must be within the
stall space provided and should adhere to the overall waste-free and plastic-free norms set forth by Brown Living. -
Marketing Deliverables: Social Media Communications with your
brand mention at least 5 days before the event and on the day of the event featuring your brand. -
Please reach out to us in
case you have any specific requests (such as influencer collaborations or gift hamper inclusions). - Billing process: The Brown Living Team will centrally do the Billing. You can contact the Brown Living Team reps at the venue to understand this in detail. A briefing by our team will be done before the event begins.

Guidelines for Storage of Stock: Stock must be securely packed
and stored within the confines of the stalls. While there will be security at the venue, please store your stock at your own risk.
