| Return Policy | We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return/ exchange, you can contact us at hello@earthyroute.com. If your return/ exchange request is accepted, we’ll arrange for a pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Clothes can be returned only if there is a size issue. To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For a return or an exchange, there will be a fee of Rs. 100/- towards handling and courier pick up. In case we have sent a defective product or a product which is different from the order, this fee will not be charged to you and will be borne by us. |
