Care instruction
Clean and sterilise it by boiling it for 3-6 minutes before its first use and in between cycles.
C-fold and punch-down fold your Cup tightly before inserting. Find a comfortable position
Make a light suction seal by gently twisting the base of the cup (not the stem).
Find the stem, and pull it slightly. Keep the cup upright for zero spills. Release the vacuum by pinching the base.
How to dispose
Qnix Menstrual Cups last for over 3-5 years, if properly cared for. Once you have utilised your product to its full extent and wish to dispose of it, you can take it to your local incinerator or a medical facility to process it as medical waste.Product material
