Great Product but i guess Brown Living needs to stop talking about sustainability

Sustainability does not just come from the product being sustainable, it also means sustainable practices. We ordered a total of 5 products to be delivered to 2 places and expected 2 deliveries straight. What we get is 5 deliveries. Imagine the amount of packaging and not to forget spend on 5 couriers. Might as well be mindful and pass on the benefit of mindful delivery practices to the customer. Nevertheless the products were great and would not mind ordering products again from them except for the sustainable practice of multiple packages for delivery.

A quick clarification from our side: Brown Living is a curated marketplace, and each product is shipped directly from the seller’s own warehouse or artisan unit, not from a central fulfillment hub. This model helps us avoid unnecessary bulk transport, double warehousing, and long-haul consolidation, which significantly reduces upstream carbon emissions and supports small producers by shipping from source.
That said, you’re absolutely right, multiple packages can feel counter-intuitive at the customer end, and packaging + courier impact matters just as much as product sustainability. This is an active area of improvement for us. We’re working on:

Good idea but poor finish, hinges are crude, lid doesn't open fully.

The product idea is good, but the finish is far from satisfactory, when you open the lid the hinges are very crudely done, so one or two times you open it and it doesn't open fully.

Solving key of the puzzle

We received the puzzle but the key to solve it is not there. The snake cube puzzle hence is stuck up in a position that we find it difficult to solve. It would be more helpful fi it is accommodated with a guide to solve it
