What is the manufacturing process?

Our oils are extracted using a single-step mechanical expeller press, seeds or nuts are fed through a screw press that applies pressure alone, with no heat, solvents, or chemical additives introduced at any stage. Kept below 49°C throughout, this cold-pressed method preserves the oil's natural nutrients, antioxidants, and aroma, yielding a raw, virgin oil exactly as nature intended.

What are the ingredients/materials you use?

Our products are made from a single ingredient. Depending on the variant, the raw material is coconut, almond, flaxseed, neem seed, walnut, grapeseed, jojoba, karanja, blackseed, safflower, moringa, mustard, or sesame seed/kernel. Every oil is vegan, cruelty-free, and FDA and FSSAI approved, pressed at pharma-grade facilities.

How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

Every batch begins with a dedicated procurement personnel that personally checks the quality of each seed before it enters our process, ensuring only sound, high-grade raw material is accepted. The seeds then pass through a Sortex grading machine, which optically cleans and sorts them to remove impurities, discoloured seeds, and foreign matter. This two-step check, human inspection plus Sortex sorting, means only the best seeds reach the cold press, keeping our sourcing traceable, consistent, and true to our promise of purity from source to bottle.

During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?

Yes. Stored correctly, away from direct heat and sunlight, tightly capped, our oils carry a good shelf life to begin with, so most bottles are used well within that window. If an oil does pass its best-by date, it doesn't need to go to waste: it can be repurposed at home for non-food uses such as seasoning cookware and cast iron, conditioning wood (cutting boards, furniture, tools), lubricating hinges and squeaky fixtures, or as a base for homemade soaps and candles. Since our oils are 100% natural and free of synthetic additives, they're also biodegradable, so any small amount that does go to waste breaks down naturally rather than persisting as pollution. On the packaging side, our glass bottles are fully reusable and recyclable, and our gift packaging, jute bags and kraft/corrugated cardboard boxes, is reusable, recyclable, and compostable, reflecting our aim to minimize plastic throughout.
