Recommended Uses

1. As a carrier oil for essential oils.
2. Hair: As a conditioning treatment before washing. Just take the oil required as per hair length and massage it onto roots and lengths. Leave for at least an hour or overnight. Wash.
3. Skin: On areas that need extra nourishment and soothing. As a make-up remover. Can be used for massages. Mix with everyday moisturizer for an extra nourishing boost that locks in moisture. Use to soften the skin around your nails and strengthen them. Can also be used as a Massage Oil.
4. Food: Cook with it at very low heat, or use in a salad dressing or as finishing oil.
5. Ayurveda: For Abhyanga and its various health benefits, including circulation, lymphatic drainage, and stronger skin amongst others.
