Recommended Uses

1. Use it as a carrier oil.
2. Food : Top your daily dal with the oil to reap the benefits of the nutrients. Cook with it at low heat, sauté vegetables, or use in a salad dressing.
3. Skin: Emollient quality softens dry, rough skin. Can also be used as a massage oil.
4. Hair: Used as a conditioning treatment before washing your hair, this oil can help your hair grow longer, thicker, and stronger by giving it essential nutrients and vital fatty acids. Just take the oil required as per hair length and massage it onto roots and lengths. Leave for at least an hour or overnight. Wash.
5. Paint: Use to slow down the drying time of painting, allowing more time to bring depth to your oil paintings. Gives a shinier finish. Can also be used with pigments to create high-quality oil paint.
