The black menstrual shorty WOOMFLO is specially designed to offer ultimate comfort for teenagers, day and night. Whether it’s feeling confident during a sports class or reassured through a long night of sleep, this shorty has you covered.

Perfect for medium to heavy flows and peaceful nights, the black menstrual shorty absorbs the equivalent of 1 to 2 or 2 to 3 regular pads. With an absorbent fabric less than 4 to 6 millimeters thick and a technical part that rises higher at the front and back, it is leak-proof, odor-proof, and moisture-proof.

Reusable for at least 2 years, this eco-friendly shorty is made with soft cotton on the inside, making it not only gentle on the skin but also kind to the planet.

Ideal for lounging at home, sports practice, or restful nights.

The absorption level varies depending on the model of WOOMFLO menstrual underwear you choose. Currently, we offer two absorption levels: medium and heavy.

The shorty is designed for medium or heavy flows and can absorb the equivalent of 1 to 2 or 2 to 3 regular or pads. For very heavy bleeding, we recommend using additional protection.

Wash your Woomflo twice before first use (max 30°C, air dry). Wear like regular underwear, test at home first. Duration varies by flow—adjust as needed, add backup on heavy days.

Care instruction

3 golden rules to care for your WOOMFLO menstrual undies:

???? Step 1: Rinse with cold water or soak up to 30 min for heavy flow.

Step 2: Wash at 30°C without softener, conditioner, or stain remover—machine wash with dark clothes or hand wash without greasy soap. Use gentle detergents like baby wash or soap nuts.

Step 3: Air dry in shade. ???? No dryer or direct sun, as heat damages fabrics. In monsoon, dry indoors under a fan for best care.

How to dispose

When your WOOMFLO menstrual undies reach the end of their life (after 2–3 years of use), cut them into pieces. Separate the fabric layers: cotton parts can go to textile recycling or compost (if 100% natural), while absorbent & waterproof layers (polyester/PUL) should be discarded with non-recyclable waste. Always wash before disposal. By separating components, you reduce landfill impact and ensure more eco-conscious waste management.
