Care instruction

Handwash recommended. Wipe with a soft cloth and handle with care. The frosted base is created using an acid-free sandblasting technique. Slight variations in shape, shade and texture are unique to each handcrafted upcycled glass. Avoid harsh abrasives, steel scrubbers and strong chemicals. If uneven patches appear, wash gently with mild detergent and dry with a soft cloth. For a matte look, apply a little mild oil and wipe evenly.

Poor Product Quality and Unprofessional Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the way the shop has handled the situation.

The glasses arrived in an unacceptable condition. I opened only two glasses, leaving the other two completely sealed in their original packaging. As soon as I noticed the problem, I took photos and sent them to the shop. Instead of investigating the issue or trying to resolve it professionally, they immediately accused me of using harsh detergent, despite the fact that the glasses had not even been used.

To provide further proof, I also sent a video showing me unpacking another glass with exactly the same problem. This clearly demonstrates that the issue was not caused by anything I had done.

I am genuinely shocked by the way this business treats its customers. Accusing a customer of damaging a product before properly verifying the facts is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the shop is now refusing to accept the return and issue a refund, despite the evidence provided.

A business should take responsibility for the quality of its products and treat customers with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone, and I will certainly not be supporting this local business again. Extremely disappointing service and a complete lack of accountability.
