Our Sattu (500 gm) is made from roasted Bengal gram (chana) and pearl barley (jau), ground into a fine, traditional flour. It carries the earthy, roasted aroma that has made sattu a trusted staple across Indian kitchens for generations.

The farms we work with do not use chemical pesticides or insecticides. The grains are carefully hand sorted, minimally processed, and packed in small batches.
