Raw Moringa Honey | 500g Natural Honey

This is raw moringa honey. The bees gather it from moringa trees grown on a food forest in Purnia, Bihar. We pour it straight into the jar, unheated and unfiltered, with nothing added.

It has a soft, floral taste and is a little less sweet than regular honey. Unlike most honey on the shelf, it is never heated or finely filtered, so it keeps its natural aroma and character. This is not infused honey. There's no moringa extract added. The colour, milder sweetness, and floral character come entirely from moringa nectar.

Over time, it may turn thick or grainy in the jar. That is normal for raw honey. It simply means the honey is real and untouched.

Ways to use it

1. Straight off the spoon
2. In warm water, tea, or milk (not boiling)
3. Over toast, curd, or fruit
4. In dressings and baking

About the source:

The larger food forest where the Jamun trees are grown include a wide range of trees and plants such as moringa, jamun, mustard, lychee, citrus, and other native flowering species. This diversity provides bees with varied nectar sources across seasons while supporting a balanced ecosystem, maintained without any chemical inputs.
