How to use:

Dry brushing:

Use on dry skin before bathing.

Brush gently in long strokes toward the heart (feet → legs → torso).

5–10 minutes, 2–3 times a week (daily only if your skin tolerates it).

In the shower:

Use with soap or body wash for exfoliation (bristle side).

Use the nub side for light massage.

Care tips:

Rinse after use, shake off water, and let it air-dry bristles-down.

Don’t use on broken, irritated, or very sensitive skin.
