Longpi Oval Chai Coffee Cup | Cane Handle Handmade Cup

The Longpi Oval Chai/Coffee Cup with Cane Handle brings the warmth of traditional Longpi black pottery into your everyday tea and coffee moments.

Handcrafted by skilled Longpi artisans in Ukhrul, Manipur, the cup is made using natural stone and weathered river clay. Shaped and finished entirely by hand without a pottery wheel or mould, each cup carries the distinctive earthy texture and character of Longpi pottery.

The oval form gives the cup a simple, contemporary silhouette, while the natural cane handle adds warmth and makes it comfortable to hold. Strong and sturdy by nature, Longpi pottery is made for everyday use while retaining its handcrafted character.

Perfect for chai, coffee, herbal tea and other warm beverages, it also makes a thoughtful addition to a slow morning, a relaxed gathering or a beautifully set table.

The dark, natural finish pairs easily with both traditional and contemporary tableware. Each cup is individually handcrafted, so variations in colour, texture, shape and finish are part of its charm.

Rooted in Tangkhul Naga craft traditions of Ukhrul, these cups are small, functional piece of living heritage made to be used and enjoyed every day.
