Product Information

Our Khapli atta is made from Khapli wheat, an ancient variety of emmer wheat rooted in India's grain traditions. The wheat is grown on farms in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh, that do not use chemical pesticides or insecticides, and milled at our own facility in-house.

The grain is slowly ground in small batches at low RPM to keep the flour fresh and retain its natural aroma and texture. It is minimally processed and handled with care from field to pack.

Khapli atta has a soft, earthy character and makes rotis that stay soft. It works across everyday Indian cooking, on its own or blended with other flours.

Ways to use it

Knead into dough for soft rotis and parathas
