The HIPSTER is designed for medium and heavy flows, absorbing the equivalent of 2 or 3 to 4 regular tampons or normal pads.

The majority of our users wear it both day and night, especially on days 2, 3, and 4 of their periods. For super heavy flows, we recommend choosing the SHORTY or to add extra pad.
