My order BL202675694

I never received my order. It was supposedly shipped much later (21Aug. 2026) than originally indicated window of 24 - 20 July 2026. Subsequently I asked for cancellation & refund of purchase price (₹849/-) on 06Aug2026, by way of WhatsApp call to Abisha ([****]).
I never received a refund. But on 21Aug2026, I received a WhatsApp message from Amazon Shipping that my order will be delivered today.
Meanwhile I had left Mumbai on 19Aug2026 to fly to USA to my daughters home. The game I had ordered with you was meant to be carried to USA for my granddaughter. And nobody else lives at our house in Navi Mumbai.
I am not sure to who (if anybody) did Amazon delivere the order, since I never shared the code that Amazon has provided me (to confirm correct delivery) with anybody. The security people at my Mumbai Society building have not received the delivery of my game.
It is my humble request that since I have not received your product and had requested its cancellation well before it was claimed to be delivered to me, the least you can do is send refund of purchase price of ₹ 849.00 to my Kotakbank debit card account.

You may respond back to me on my email: [****] for any clarifications.
