At Deroi Tea, we follow a carefully controlled process designed to preserve the natural antioxidants of the freshly plucked tea leaves. The leaves undergo precision steaming and pressure-less rolling, followed by our Patented Carbon-Free Gentle Drying Technology, where the tea is dried at low temperatures below 50°C without direct combustion of coal, wood or other fossil fuels. This carbon-free drying process helps us create a clean, naturally refreshing tea while reducing exposure to combustion-related emissions.

The result is a smooth, mild and naturally buttery cup with very little bitterness, allowing the authentic character of Assam's whole tea leaves to shine through.
