Our tea is produced using a carefully controlled process of precision steaming, pressure-less rolling and low-temperature drying. Every batch is dried below 50°C using our patented Gentle Drying Technology, which uses electricity instead of direct combustion of coal, wood or other fuels. This carbon-free drying process helps prevent the tea from being exposed to combustion emissions, creating a cleaner tea experience.

The result is a strong, rich and wonderfully aromatic black tea with a smooth, clean finish and very little bitterness. The whole-leaf format contains no tea dust, allowing the leaves to open naturally while brewing and release their characteristic Assam flavour.
