What is the manufacturing process?

Sourcing Spices and oilseeds are procured from trusted agricultural resources, focusing on premium-quality seeds and spices. Processing Ingredients are treated, dried, and ground using age‑old, traditional methods to retain natural oils, aroma, and taste. Mustard oil is produced using wooden mill / Kachi ghani (cold-pressed), a slow mechanical process that avoids high heat and chemicals. Blending and variation Authentic masalas are blended in-house to create pure, fresh, premium Indian spice mixes for homes and professional kitchens. Because blends use fresh ingredients, flavour intensity can vary slightly from batch to batch, reflecting natural crop differences. Packing All products are hygienically packed to lock in freshness, aroma, and quality during storage and transport.

What are the ingredients/materials you use?

Raw materials and ingredients are sourced from trusted agricultural resources that supply premium-quality seeds and spices. How sourcing works Spices and seeds are procured from selected agricultural partners known for quality and consistency. Only high-grade seeds and spices are chosen for products like cold-pressed mustard oil and spice blends. Post-sourcing handling Once procured, ingredients are treated, dried, and ground using traditional age-old methods to preserve natural oils and aroma. All sourced ingredients are then hygienically packed to maintain freshness and flavour till they reach the kitchen.

How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

Core ingredients Whole and ground Indian spices (for pure spices and blends used in regional masalas). Super‑premium cold‑pressed yellow mustard seeds for your Kachi ghani mustard oil. Grains such as Khapli (emmer) wheat for specialty flours. How they are treated Ingredients are treated, dried, and ground using traditional age‑old methods to retain natural oils, aroma, and flavour. All finished products are hygienically packed to preserve freshness and quality in every pack.

During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?

During product life Packaging is hygienic and airtight to preserve freshness, likely using standard food-safe materials like glass jars, pouches, or plastic for oils—functional but not specified as eco-alternatives. Glass jars (e.g., in gift boxes) can be reused for storage post-use. End-of-life disposal After product has reached its life, can be used as compost. Sustainability edge focuses on traditional processing, not packaging materials.
