The best version of our planet with a little goodness hidden in every nook and corner is what we want.

We are yet to quantify this. Nonetheless, the materials used are selected bearing the impact of each on the environment in mind. We could try giving the metrics over the next few months.

Your initiative has generated employment for 10 individuals, including 2 full-time and 1 part-time team members, while also supporting 1 artisan. Notably, women make up a strong majority at 90% of the workforce, reflecting a focused effort toward gender inclusion and empowerment. This small but meaningful ecosystem highlights a growing model of conscious employment and artisan support.

What is the manufacturing process?

The products are first ideated by us, sampled out and once the outcome is satisfactory, we go into bulk production. The selection of materials as well as the processes opted for are decided bearing in mind the impact on the environment and the people involved.

What are the ingredients/materials you use?

Mainly FSC certified paper for the products and Kraft paper for the packaging. However, some of our products are made of premium paper which is not FSC certified. The ideation and initial designing is also completely done with zero use of Artificial Intelligence- this not only has a positive impact on the environment but also guarantees originality.

How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

We have a designated vendor who does most of it for us. The process of selection is stringent and we try to opt for materials with the least hazardous impact. The process of ideation to product manufacturing are consciously selected.

During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?

Yes, the products, as well as the packaging. Most products are made of FSC certified paper whose manufacturing is itself sustainable. We also design them in such a way that they could be repurposed- thereby increasing the utilitarian value.

At the core of The Good Part is an artist-writer duo- Janus and Aaron- with a shared vision for noticing and appreciating the goodness that exists all around us. This is brought forth through color pencil art coupled with story telling.
